1. MY ACCOUNT

1.1. How do I create my account?

Click on the MY ACCOUNT section, indicated by a silhouette at the top right. Once redirected, select CREATE AN ACCOUNT and fill in the required personal information. You will receive a confirmation email after your account is created.

1.2. Can I provide my personal information safely?

All information provided is strictly confidential. It will be used exclusively by Algotherm’s internal teams for the sole purpose of completing a delivery or sending you commercial information. Your payment details are encrypted via SSL and are never stored on the site.

1.3. I’ve forgotten my username and/or password. How can I retrieve it/them?

Your username is the email address you used to create your account. If you’ve forgotten it, you can create a new account with a different email address. From your MY ACCOUNT area, you can recover your password by clicking “Forgot Password.” Simply enter your contact email and submit your request. Your password will be sent to that address.

1.4. Why do I need to provide my phone number?

We use this information to ensure efficient delivery and to respond to your questions and/or contact you regarding your order.

1.5. How can I update my personal information?

To update your personal information, log in to MY ACCOUNT, click EDIT to make your changes, and then save.

1.6. How do I subscribe/unsubscribe from the newsletter?

To subscribe to the newsletter, simply enter your email address in the designated filed at the bottom of the homepage. To unsubscribe, you can send your request to [email protected] or click the unsubscribe link at the bottom of our commercial newsletters.

2. MY ORDER

2.1. How do I use a discount code?

When placing your order, at the "Delivery" and "Payment" steps, enter the discount code in the designated "Discount Code" field and click "Apply." Make sure to enter the promotional code exactly as provided, without adding spaces or special characters.

2.2. Do I need to save my details and create an account to place an order?

To place your order, you must create an account by providing the required personal information (first name, last name, postal address, email).

2.3. What payment methods are available to complete my order?

You can pay for your order by Credit Card (Visa, Mastercard, Carte Bleue), PayPal, American Express, or Apple Pay.

2.4. Is online payment secure?

Payments on www.algotherm.com are fully secure thanks to 3D Secure. Your payment details are encrypted via SSL and are never stored on the site.

2.5. Am I notified when my order has been successfully placed?

After placing your order, you will receive an email confirming that it has been successfully recorded.

2.6. How can I check the status of my order?

To check the status of your order, log in to the account you used to place it by clicking on the MY ACCOUNT section, indicated by a silhouette at the top right. Select MY ORDERS, then click the eye icon to view the relevant order. To download a Gift Invitation PDF, click "PDF" next to the corresponding order.

2.7. Can I modify or cancel my order?

2.8. What should I do if I have trouble placing an order?

2.9. I haven’t received my 3D Secure verification code by SMS. What should I do?

3D Secure is a secure online payment protocol. It allows banks to verify, for each online transaction, that the card is being used by its legitimate owner. If you do not receive your code, please contact your bank.

3. DELIVERY

3.1. What are the delivery costs and times?

In Metropolitan France: €9 for orders under €70. Free delivery via Chrono Relais or Chrono Standard for orders over €70.

International: €13 for orders under €70. Free delivery for orders over €70.

3.2. Which countries do you deliver to?

We deliver to Europe via Chronopost, serving the following countries: Germany, Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Denmark, Spain, Estonia, Finland, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Norway, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Czech Republic, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Sweden.

3.3. How can I change my delivery address?

You can add a new delivery address by logging into your personal account. In the MY ACCOUNT section, click EDIT to change the default delivery address registered when creating your account. Please note, it is not possible to change the delivery address once the order has been confirmed and paid.

3.4. Can I have my order delivered to an address other than my home?

By logging into your account, you can access an address book that allows you to save a delivery address different from your billing address. When placing your order, simply select the billing and delivery addresses of your choice.

4.1. Are all products available on the website?

All Algotherm products are available on www.algotherm.com, subject to stock availability.

4.2. Where can I buy Algotherm products?

Algotherm products are sold on the website, in Algotherm spas, and through our network of partner spas. To find the nearest point of sale, visit our spa locator.

4.3. How can I report adverse effects from using a product?

For any questions regarding adverse effects following the use of a product, please contact [email protected]. You can also fill out the contact form, selecting "Product Safety / Report an Adverse Effect" as the reason.

5. TREATMENTS AND GIFT INVITATIONS

5.1. How can I purchase a Gift Invitation online?

To purchase a Gift Invitation, you can:

- Or choose directly from our Gift Invitations on the dedicated page
Once on the selected Gift Invitation page, simply choose the Spa and provide the personal details required to complete your purchase.

5.2. For which spas can a Gift Invitation be purchased online?

Purchases are available for Algotherm spas located in Paris, Lyon, Nice, Houlgate and Deauville La Touques. When ordering a Gift Invitation, you will be asked to select a Spa. The Gift Invitation can only be redeemed at the chosen Spa.

5.3. How will I receive my Gift Invitation?

After purchasing your Gift Invitation, it will be sent to you by email so you can print it at home.

5.4. What should I do if I can’t find my spa in the list of establishments offering the Gift Invitation?

Only treatments for the Algotherm Spas in Paris, Lyon, Nice, Houlgate and Deauville La Touques are available for purchase on www.algotherm.com. To offer a treatment in one of our partner spas, we recommend contacting the spa directly. You will find all information about our partners on our spa locator available HERE.

5.5. How can I find out which treatments are available in the spas?

The treatment menus are available on each Spa page. When selecting a treatment from OUR TREATMENTS AND MASSAGES, you can access the booking module and see which spas offer it for online reservation. You can also filter the OUR TREATMENTS AND MASSAGES page by SPAS by clicking on FILTER AND SORT.

5.6. What should I do if I have lost my Gift Invitation?

To enjoy your treatment despite losing your Gift Invitation, please contact our customer service directly via the contact form.

To find the nearest point of sale, you can visit our spa locator page "Find a Spa". You can either use geolocation or enter the city name or postal code to locate nearby spas.

6.2. How can I book a treatment online at my Spa?

To book online, please choose a treatment from ALL OUR TREATMENTS AND MASSAGES. On the page of your chosen treatment, you can select your spa and access the booking module.

7. ONLINE BOOKING

7.1. Can I book a treatment online with a Gift Invitation I have received?

To book a treatment online with a Gift Invitation, go to the page of the treatment you received, select the spa indicated on your Gift Invitation, and choose your time slot through the booking module. You can enter your Gift Invitation number during payment.

7.2. Is it possible to choose the establishment for my treatment when I have received a Gift Invitation?

When you receive a Gift Invitation, it is linked to a specific spa. You can only enjoy your treatment at the spa indicated on your Gift Invitation.

7.3. Is it possible to choose a practitioner of my choice?

You cannot choose a specific practitioner when booking online. However, you can contact the Spa after your online reservation to request your preferred practitioner, subject to their availability.

7.4. How can I cancel or reschedule my booking?

You can cancel or reschedule your appointment up to 48 hours before the scheduled date by contacting the Spa where you booked. After this period, cancellations or rescheduling cannot be accepted. However, if you are ill, you may cancel your appointment at any time provided you present a medical certificate.
