Shipping policy

Article 1 - Delivery and Receipt of Products

The delivery of the Products is carried out via the carrier chosen by ALGOTHERM.

Products ordered by the Customer will be delivered to the address provided by the Customer at the time of order on the website www.algotherm.com, or to the pickup point address chosen by the Customer at the time of order on the website www.algotherm.com.

The delivery times specified on the Site are provided as accurately as possible, taking into account, in particular, the availability of the carrier, the delivery country, and the Products ordered.

The delivery period starts from the day after the final validation of the order.

In accordance with Article L216-1 of the French Consumer Code, in the absence of any indication or agreement regarding the delivery or execution date, ALGOTHERM shall deliver the goods without undue delay and no later than thirty days after the conclusion of the contract.

ALGOTHERM cannot be held responsible for any delay or failure to receive the goods due to a force majeure event or the Customer’s fault, such as the Customer being absent at the time of delivery or an error in the delivery address.

In accordance with Article L. 216-1 of the French Consumer Code, in the event of ALGOTHERM failing to fulfill its delivery obligation by the date or within the period specified in the first paragraph of Article L. 216-1, or, failing that, no later than thirty days after the conclusion of the contract, the Customer may terminate the contract by registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt or by writing on another durable medium, if, after having requested ALGOTHERM, under the same conditions, to make the delivery within an additional reasonable period, ALGOTHERM has not done so within that period.

The contract is considered terminated upon ALGOTHERM’s receipt of the letter or written notice informing it of the termination, unless ALGOTHERM has fulfilled its obligation in the meantime.

The Customer may immediately terminate the contract when ALGOTHERM refuses to deliver the goods or fails to perform its delivery obligation by the date or within the period specified in the first paragraph of Article L. 216-1, and when this date or period constitutes an essential condition of the contract for the Customer.

This essential condition results from the circumstances surrounding the conclusion of the contract or from an express request by the Customer prior to the conclusion of the contract.

When the contract is terminated under the conditions set out in Article L. 216-2, ALGOTHERM shall refund the Customer all amounts paid, no later than fourteen (14) days from the date on which the contract was terminated.

Except in special cases or in the event of the unavailability of one or more Products, ordered Products will be delivered in a single shipment.

Sales are limited to mainland France, including Corsica, Monaco, Germany, Austria, Belgium, Spain, Ireland, Italy, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Portugal, and Slovenia.

The French overseas departments and territories (DROM COM) are expressly excluded.

Specific delivery charges will apply depending on the delivery location, particularly the country.

The Customer will, in any case, be informed in advance of the delivery charges and any customs duties.

Article 2 - Receipt of Products

Delivery of Products is made to the delivery address provided by the Customer at the time of order on the Site. ALGOTHERM cannot be held responsible in case of delay and/or non-delivery due to an incorrect or erroneous address or an address where delivery proves impossible.

Delivery is deemed to be completed by ALGOTHERM when the ordered Products are handed over to the Customer by the carrier.

The Customer is responsible for personally receiving the ordered Products. The Customer agrees to sign the delivery note for the Products, if applicable.

The Customer will be notified by SMS and/or email when their order has been shipped. By activating the provided link, the Customer can track the status of their order.

The Customer is informed that upon receipt of the ordered product, it is their responsibility to check its overall condition and ensure it matches their order.

In the event of a dispute, damage to the Product during transport, loss, or delay, the Customer must make clear and precise reservations on the delivery note. The Customer must confirm these reservations to the carrier by registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt within three (3) days, excluding public holidays, following the receipt of the Products.

In accordance with Article L. 224-65 of the French Consumer Code, when the Customer personally receives the transported items and the carrier does not prove that the Customer was given the opportunity to check their condition, the above-mentioned period is extended to ten (10) days.

In the event of a damaged or non-compliant product, the Customer must note this on the delivery note and notify ALGOTHERM as soon as possible by any means of their choice.

The Product must then be returned in its original packaging, accompanied by the return form if provided.

After receipt of the Product and verification of its defectiveness or non-compliance, ALGOTHERM will, at the Customer’s choice, either arrange a new delivery or cancel the order.

Article 3 - Delivery Costs and Times

In mainland France: €9 for orders under €70. Free delivery via Chrono Relais or Chrono Standard for all orders over €70.

International: €13 for orders under €70. Free delivery for all orders over €70.

We deliver to Europe via Chronopost, which serves the following destinations: Germany, Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Denmark, Spain, Estonia, Finland, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Norway, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Czech Republic, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Sweden.
