10 Tips to Quickly Restore a Firm Body

The body changes over time and tends to lose tone. Here are our tips to quickly restore a firm and toned body with simple daily habits.

1. Start with a good body scrub

Physical activity is essential for fitness and a firmer body. Simple habits can deliver quick results! Take the stairs instead of the elevator, walk 10,000 steps a day, or include an hour of strength training.

How to do a self-massage

Next, make small pinches along the skin from bottom to top to break down fat cells and help slimming products adhere better.

Finally, use the “palper-rouler” technique: pinch a fold of skin between your thumb, index, and middle fingers, and roll it from the inside out and top to bottom.

Perform these movements for 15 minutes, 3 to 4 times a week, to see results quickly.
